• Semen marketing structure revised - new prices released.

In response to requests from numerous breeders, Westholme has revised its semen marketing structure.

A • Japan Born Sires' semen has been repriced.

Now categorised as "Group 1 Sires", Japan Born Sires 001, 002 & 003 Semen prices have been reduced. We are limited to the extent we can reduce prices because the purchase cost of these HONGEN rated Japanese sires was extremely high, the costs of their export to the USA and subsequent collection and storage of semen were all in US dollars at much less favourable exchange rates than prevail today.

This semen is available for sale in Australia, NZ, Canada & South America (USA excluded).

B • Australian Born Sires' semen introduced with semen priced at approximately 50% of the Japan Born sires.

A Group Sires are Australian born sons of 001, 002, 003 & 006. Now introduced with semen collected in Australia and available for sale in Australia, New Zealand, plus EU from March 2004, and South America from May 2004.
